Angel Luis Perez Molina

Born in Badajoz he began his musical studies in violin and cello, while developing intense choral activity as a singer and conductor. He finished his studies in singing with Professor Yolanda Vigil at the Music Conservatory in Cordoba, where he also studied composition. He atended courses, opera-studios and master classes in Baroque Coral Music with teachers such as Francisco Kraus, Ana Luisa Chova, Josefina Arregui, Jaume Aragall, Carmen Anhorn, Rosa Domínguez, David Mason and Richard Levitt. He combines his interpretive activity with his teaching work at the Jaén Professional Conservatory of Music.

He has performed, among other works: Magnificat (Bach), The Fairy Queen (Purcell), Don Giovanni (Mozart), The Magic Flute (Mozart), Bohemios (Vives), Coronation Mass (Mozart), Carmina Burana (Carl Orff), Requiem ( Mozart), Hänsel und Gretel (Humperdinck), Coral Fantasy (Beethoven), Magnificat (Charpentier), Cantata 37 and Cantata 161 (Händel), Katiuska (Sorozábal), Miserere (Vicente de Palacios), La Dolorosa (José Serrano), Master of Chapel (Cimarosa), Duo de la Africana (Caballero) and Stabat Mater (Rossini). He gave an outstanding performance in the part of Acis in Handel’s opera Acis and Galatea, at the Teatro Princinpal in Burgos on June 1st 2014. He also offers numerous recitals from Oratorio, Lied, Chanson and Concert Songs.
